I was recently invited to midtown’s Berwick condominium VIP event. Situated by the ever upscale Yonge and Eglinton’s interactive intersection at the same time tucked behind all the hustle and bustle in it’s convenient yet secluded corner of Berwick Drive And Duplex Ave. Looking at the GTA from its midtown location and unobstructed scenic views of the city, the Berwick definitely caught some attention. Only a few steps to the subway station, the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood has something for everyone. From shops to cafes and specialty shops to fine restaurants, this is the residence for those who live an active lifestyle by offering its vibrant and dynamic neighbourhood with sell established shopping and entertainment opportunities. The Yonge Eglinton community centre is just down the street alongside Eglinton Park, gives the Berwick residents’ the complete amenity coverage while reducing the maintenance costs.
The Berwick (Building)
Main level features a central internal plaza for resident pick-up/drop-off, a full-time concierge, a party room, an outdoor patio, a wireless/reading area, the media room, and a bicycle storage room. Deposit structure is $5,000 with the offer and the balance of 5% within 15 days, and another 5% in 90 days with payments of 5% in 180 days, another 5% in 270 days and 5% on occupancy.
