When Better Homes and Gardens launched their real estate brand in the United States in 2008, during a time of economic downturn and volatility, you wonder how in 3 years have grown to 23 states and over 200 offices with over 7000 agents, they must be doing something right. Nelson Goulart and Rob Vanden Broek will take the reins and operate the brand in Canada in their head office in Mississauga.
With 2 offices and 90 agents to serve the GTA real estate market, Better Homes and Gardens Canada officially launched in early October 2011 at the Mississauga’s Living Arts Centre. Mayor McCallion spoke at the event about how realtors helped Mississauga grow to become the 6th largest city in Canada. “People don’t give real estate agents the credit they deserve; know that you are a vital part of the growth of any city. It takes organizations like yours to make a great city.”
