Referrals are an important part of my business and I would like to reward those who refer me business this year.

With the new mortgage rules coming into play effective March 18th, this will have a rise in buyer interest and would be a great time to sell. For those who are interested in buying this year, after March 18th, the market will moderately move towards a buyer’s market.

All referrals are cumulative to the prizes. Deals must close by Dec. 31st, 2011.
