Builder will match your deposit! Put $10k on signing, Builder will match that $10k. Next 25 Months, pay $500/month towards deposit, Builder will match that. The Area

The Station is located a stone’s throw away from Wilson Subway station on Wilson and Tippet. One stop to Yorkdale shopping centre on the subway, Downsview Park is just down the street, or 20 minutes on the subway takes you all the way downtown. The Station gives you access from the middle of the GTA, on the subway line, Allan rd., and the 401 without paying downtown prices. The Station

The builder is Brandy Lane Homes, the lobby is Art Deco inspired with warm lighting throughout with a contemporary twist. Decorated with wood and stone, warm lighting throughout to welcome all those who  live at the Station. Brandy Lane corporation was found in 1985 and has developed quite a roster of projects over the years.

Amenities

The Station has a fantastic exclusive and chic level of amenities from the fitness centre with steam rooms, to the games and entertainment room (with a theatre), an outdoor lounge and dining area and the indoor party room and show kitchen, and topping all of that with an infinity-edge pool (picture below)! The Suites

The Station has just released their Penthouse and townhouse/loft style (“Townloft” suites) which ranges from 1 bedrooms to 3 bedroom suites. Townloft Prices range from 710 sqft -1320 sq ft. and they are all sold out!

Remaining suites in the podium and west/east towers that are still available are 2 bedrooms, 2 bedroom + den and 3 bedrooms with interior space of 876 sq ft to 1040 sq ft which range from $409,900-$459,900.
